Delete Your Account

You can delete your SaleemCare account and the personal and health information associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

If you have the SaleemCare app installed, this is the fastest way:

  1. Open the SaleemCare app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Choose “Delete account”.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed as described below.

Option 2 — Request by email

Prefer not to use the app, or already removed it? Send us a deletion request and our team will process it.

Email a deletion request

Please send your request from the email address registered to your account so we can verify it. If you cannot, include enough detail for us to locate your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number, gender, marital status, and date of birth.
  • Your saved symptom assessments and their results.
  • Your lab-report explanations.
  • Your account credentials and sign-in data.

What we may keep

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example, for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes), and only for as long as required. Such records are stored securely and are not used to re-create your profile. We may also keep anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.

How long it takes

We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
